Passion drives me to succeed

If there’s one thing you guys need to know about me it is that I am passionate. Passion drives me to succeed. It is passion that keeps pushing me when things go awry. There’s a passion and energy that you have to play with to get yourself up and to be a dominant football player. Passion is contagious and it is something that I think other guys can feed off of. I love that I get to go out every week into battle with my brothers and to represent all you 12’s out there when I take the field.

I’m looking forward to our game on Sunday against the Cardinals. I love the incredible energy that comes from playing a team from our own division. Arizona has had a really talented team over the last few years and they showed how dangerous they are on Monday night against the Jets.

Grab some RS25 gear before it's all gone.

If there is one thing the Cardinals have on offense it is speed. No matter who they put out there - Michael Floyd, John Brown, JJ Nelson, Jaron Brown - every single one of them has elite speed. We will have to execute on the highest level this week against a position group like that. David Johnson is a guy who can break long runs and blow the game open by taking a check down and turning it into a big gain. Carson Palmer is the glue for that whole offense. His talent is matched by his savvy and leadership among those guys.

Then there’s Larry Fitzgerald. He’s one of the greatest receivers that I have ever matched up against. He knows the game inside and out, so you always have to be prepared for anything against him. He’s a tireless worker who never takes a play off. He blocks hard on every run and then he runs every one of his routes to perfection. Larry might just have the best hands in the game. He’s a future Hall-of-Famer so I know that I will need to be at my best against him.

Thanks for all you 12’s do!! You guys made the CLink electric against the Falcons and it is that kind of energy that we feed off of as a defense. Hope to see some of you guys in Glendale on Sunday night!
